I’m interested in the gap between how architecture looks in a diagram and how it behaves once real users, cost, security, operations and deadlines show up.
My work sits around data platforms and cloud engineering: migrations, Databricks, Azure, platform controls, automation, governance, performance and cost.
I started this site because good engineering lessons disappear quickly inside calls, tickets, notebooks and chat threads. Writing forces me to make the thinking explicit.
I’m not trying to turn every topic into a tutorial. I’d rather publish fewer notes with a clear point of view and concrete trade-offs.
